Overall Experience: Stayed here four times and always had a good, consistent experience. Ideal for working and travelling professionals. Parking: Plenty of parking available for cars and vans, which is very convenient. Rooms: Clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Facilities: Good dining area and a well-equipped gym. Conclusion: A reliable and comfortable hotel, well suited for business and travel stays.
I often stay at this hotel; it is clean and tidy. The staff are responsive and friendly. The food in the restaurant is good quality, with plenty of choice. Breakfast is generous. The hotel has a swimming pool and gym, but I can't comment on those as I haven't used them.
The room was a good size, big bed, had a good night's sleep. Staff were all very friendly. We really enjoyed the pool and facilities. Was a fantastic price for what we got. Bus stop right outside of the hotel so it was very easy to get in and out of the city. Would definitely stay again.
Stayed here whilst visiting family at Christmas. Wanted somewhere quiet, but accepted that with all the Christmas parties going on, this may not be possible. Had a great night's sleep and a great breakfast. Approx £4 to park overnight. It's on our list of 'easy places to stay' whenever we visit. Would recommend
Family of 2+1. Stayed for one night only. Room was clean and HUGE for the price. Staff was unbelievably welcoming and friendly. Swimming pool guy really helpful. Food was really good. Asked for a drink out of the menu. "We've got ingredients. We"ll make it for you." Absolutely amazing experience. Will be back just for the service :)
Had a pleasant enough weekend stay here and while it’s starting to feel a little dated in places would consider again. The room was a good enough size but great that two armchairs were present. There’s no electric sockets next to the bed but there is plenty of storage and the TV was a good size. Air-conditioning wasn’t the most effective but it was possible to open the window slightly. The bathroom was the most dated aspect but fortunately everything was clean. The hotel can get busy at times, which meant I wasn’t able to check out the restaurant since it was full, so bear this in mind given the limited alternative options nearby but otherwise it was comfortable and I’d recommend if the location works for you.
Attended an awards event, staff could not be more helpful with set up and service as a whole, meal was good (and warm), decent portions. Could have done without the 3am fire evacuation however that was not the hotels fault. Drinks are a little pricy.
Nice hotel, convenient location for us. Staff were excellent - welcoming and friendly. Delicious food (great variety and choices) and excellent service in the restaurant. The breakfasts were great too! Some of the decor was a little tired, but that didn't detract from our stay.
